Kimberly-Clark has again rated highly in the Corporate Responsibility Index.

The company attained a silver rating overall and scored particularly well in corporate strategy (gold, 90pc+) and integration and management practice (silver 80-89pc).

Executive director of the St James Ethics Centre Simon Longstaff said the companies that participated demonstrated a similar commitment to leadership.

“Rather than taking the easy option of not asking, of not knowing, they have been prepared to engage in a rigorous process of self-examination,” he said.
