South Gambier netballer Krystie Reid recently chalked up a personal milestone with the Demons when she played her 100th game.
Reid started her A grade playing career with South Gambier in 1993 and in the years that have followed has also played in A reserve and B grade with the Demons.
South Gambier Netball Club president Mrs Mare Little said: “Krystie has a very strong work ethic and is the quiet achiever in any team which she has been a part of.
“Although lacking confidence in her own ability, her performances on court speaks for itself with her speed, agility and the ability to get her hands fairly to the ball when contesting.
“They are highlights of her natural game,” Mrs Little added.
“She is a valued member of the B grade defensive line-up.”
Tomorrow, Reid and South Gambier travel across the border to meet Hamilton Imperials at Melville Oval.
