Who is The Spud?

You know the spud I’m talking about. We all drive past him/her often, he/she always gives a friendly wave, and has done each night for a looooong time.

The kids in the back of the car getting hella excited as we approach “The Spud Person”. Yes you know the one.

BUT!!

Who is the person? Are they male, female, young, old, do they have a name ? I’m curious.

Whoever they are. You always put a smile on the faces of my family when we see you, and lots of cars toot as they drive by. It’s nice.

I was parked nearby there not long ago, and was surprised how many cars go by and give a toot.

Actually, I must mention what a great job I thought they did with the fundraiser day too. That was very generous and I’m sure has made a huge difference for the poor little fellow.
