The new $10m Mount Gambier Connected Service Centre was officially opened today, five years after fire destroyed the previous government accommodation.

The Elizabeth Street building, which has a five-star energy rating and houses 90 staff, was officially opened by Labor MLC Bernard Finnigan. Read more

Construction boost for public housing

The State Government is undertaking its largest social housing infrastructure build in Mount Gambier for more than 20 years in a move to slash waiting times for public housing and provide accommodation for homeless youth.
