Millicent man faces child porn charge

A Millicent man charged with possession of child pornography will face trial at the Southern District Criminal Court in Mount Gambier on October 6.

The man, 40, was also charged with two breaches of a domestic violence restraining order when he appeared at the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on Monday. Read more

Man allegedly took pornographic photos

A Mount Gambier man accused of taking “inappropriate” photographs of children will face the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court for trial on April 28.

Brevet Sergeant Paul Scicluna told the court the man’s camera and computer were seized during a police search and were currently being analysed. Read more

Million images seized in porn raid

A 48-year-old Naracoorte man charged with possessing child pornography has had his case adjourned while police review “well in excess of a million images”.

The man, whose name is subject to a suppression order, appeared in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court today for declarations to be filed. Read more
