THE region's natural resources management body has again come under fire from Grant District Council, this time over moves to pull away from providing regional spraying for councils and landholders.

The move will see the South East Natural Resources Management Board stop providing spraying services, including roadside spraying.

Council - which has been vocal over the controversial Natural Resources Management Levy - described this latest decision as a "moving smoke and mirrors" in reducing services to the community.
