    Hi!

How do I start a new topic on this forum? I've tried to do so via the 'Add New' function at the top of the 'Mount Gambier Community Forum' page but I've been unable too.

Also how to I send private messages? I only really want to know this as I would have sent the above question to you via PM, except I can only figure out how to check received messages, etc, not create new ones.

I am currently a 'New Member' ; do I have to wait until I am a 'Junior Member' to do so; if so how long does this take?

Adam, I've updated the FAQ to cover this. Permissions for users have changed since it was first written. Only approved users can create topics. That's to avoid silly topics. Any user can contact me to have their membership upgraded, or to suggest a topic.

    You can now create topics.
